I’m subletting my ensuite bedroom in Luxe London from May – August, 2021, in a 3-bedroom suite. The room has full privacy – behind a locked door, it includes a bathroom, walk-in closet, queen bed, desk, and floor-to-ceiling window overlooking campus. It’s on the 17th floor, with lots of natural light & a beautiful view. The apartment includes a kitchen, TV, and beautiful living room. Amenities included in rent are: a gym, yoga studio, games room, home theatre, study lounge, rooftop patio, spa, and more. The building also has 24/7 security. My underground parking spot at Luxe will be included as well! You can walk to campus in minutes, but there is also shuttle service to there and the Masonville shopping centre included in rent.
