Room for sublet in a cool and fun all girls house

Subletting one bedroom for Mid-December to April 2021 in an all-girls bungalow on Argyle Dr. You’d have 5 great roommates who are in third year who are studious during the day, but like to have fun and enjoy some beverages (and other) on the weekends. If you even just want to make 5 new, really cool friends, this is the sublet for you! I am subletting to no fault of my roommates, landlord or house – I’ve simply finished my undergrad early and am moving out. The room will be unfurnished. Details: -One minute walk from the bus stop (route 15) -Big backyard with a !!trampoline!!, picnic tables and firepit -Parking available for a vehicle -Room will come unfurnished except for a desk, which you can keep! -8-foot closet in bedroom and a large window overlooking backyard -Two kitchens so you’ll never have to worry about having room to cook -Two bathrooms -Laundry in the basement -Retractable blinds on window (not shown in photo) I pay $550/month + wifi (all other utilities are included) but am willing to sublet for $500/month or less (negotiable!).
