ONE room in an ALL FEMALE house, downtown Guelph

The house is really cute and has a lot of character while still looking super modern and clean. The room is a moderate size, it fits a queen bed, mini-fridge, dresser and a huge desk and there’s still a ton of room. There’s a really big closet too that has a lot of storage space! The bathroom you’d be sharing with one other girl who goes home a lot, so you’d essentially have the floor to yourself most weekends. The bathroom has a claw foot tub which is really cute for baths and showers! The kitchen has all supplies, oven, stove, fridge, freezer etc, and comes with a toaster, blender, Keurig machine etc! The house has parking on the street and is it family-residential area so it’s quiet at night. It’s also about a 5-8 minute walk to the bars downtown (depending on your speed) but a 30second walk to the bus stop which comes every 20 minutes!
