Looking for a sublet

Ideally looking for a female between the ages 18-23 to sublet from January 1st 2021 to April 30th 2021 (but can extend into the summer). Would be living with 2 other second year female students who go to Dalhousie University. Rent is $690 per month and all utilities except wifi are included (wifi is $17.5 per month). 5 min walk from Dalhousie Studley campus, with public transit and retail (grocery store/fast food/canadian tire/liquor) nearby. Personal room with shared bathroom and common spaces. The room includes a bed with mattress. Located on the top floor of the apartment building. The apartment is very spacious and has a large deck area.
